It is designed to help them learn the auscultation techniques that are the foundation of modern medical diagnosis. The program is based on the 3M Littmann stethoscope and is divided into five levels of training. Healthcare professionals can use this educational app to refresh their knowledge and improve their auscultation skills.
This app contains a comprehensive set of learning modules and scenarios. These include three different patient scenarios that allow the user to test and improve their auscultation skills. Each module is based on a real patient that is being assessed by the healthcare professional. Each patient is a different age and has a different condition.
Each module consists of a short introduction and the main task of the healthcare professional. They can then choose to either use their stethoscope or listen to the sounds on their device.
